We have a diverse network and extensive international operational experience from within corporate multinationals and entrepreneurial start ups. Entrepreneurial Endeavours utilizes a strategic approach to tackle challenges - new and old - with fresh minds, enthusiasm and experience looking to balance structure with innovation to allow for businesses to advance.
With a over a decade in bringing a structured entrepreneurial approach to established environments that are seeking to evolve, grow and change. As well as to young businesses learning about and defining a path forward. We have led young start-ups through the development process of business definition to support investor presentations - including raising private investment. Along with the strategic and operational guidance for the critical need for "productization", commercialization and establishing positive revenue generation.
Within corporate environments we have strategic experience managing, developing and overseeing residual investment portfolios in excess of $100m and designing European wide compensation models to project, manage and reward the profitable recovery of the portfolio across sales teams of over 85 members.
